When I tap the chat icon in my iPhone, your publication isn’t displayed. If I go to read a post like this, or if I post a comment, the Chat icon isn’t displayed. The FAQ page doesn’t list chats. What am I missing? Can you provide the sequence of steps to get there?

Hi Gary, I just opened the app and yours is the only comment in the chat. Perhaps Alan hasn't added any chats yet.
