While I support cancer research and treatment, it continues to occur to me that cancers are primarily a result of ongoing insults to the environment: chemicals, including pesticides and herbicides; mining; industrial farming and ranching, EMFs. We cannot have internal health as long as we continue to assault our outer environment. This is hardly going to be easy as people in our culture are less valuable than profits. Corporations protect themselves at all costs. We need to keep questioning their practices…..and the practices of govt agencies that protect them rather than citizens and the environment.
As my daughter would say" You're not wrong". I think the advent of digestive cancers in younger and younger populations as well as the huge volume of breast cancers is testament to environmental effects.
